Terms and Conditions for the "Canned Confidence" Free Course Giveaway

1. Organizer This giveaway is organized by English-native the creator of the "Canned Confidence" English course, referred to herein as "the Organizer."

2. Eligibility To qualify for the "Canned Confidence" free course giveaway, participants must meet the following criteria:

· Be at least 20 years of age at the time of entry.

· Have studied English for a total of at least three (3) years.

· Possess an English proficiency level of B2 or higher according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

· Be a subscriber to the Organizer’s newsletter at the time of selection.

3. Application Process Participants must complete the following steps to be eligible:

1. Subscribe to the Organizer’s newsletter.

2. Complete the market research form provided by the Organizer.

3. Undertake an English language aptitude test provided by the Organizer to confirm their B2 level proficiency or higher.

· Two (2) winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants who have fulfilled all the above requirements.

· Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the newsletter signup process within 10 business days of the closing date.

· Winners must respond within five (5) business days of receiving the notification email. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

· The prize consists of a free place on the "Canned Confidence" English course.

· The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

· The course must be commenced on the date agreed with the Organizer. Failure to begin the course on the agreed date without prior notice or valid reason may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Participant Obligations By entering this giveaway, participants agree:

· To undertake the aptitude test and provide all requested details in the market research form.

· To use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes and not distribute them to third parties.

· To participate in a marketing campaign for the "Canned Confidence" course, which may include:

o Being recorded in video or online calls (e.g., Zoom).

o Providing quotes about their experience with the course.

o Sharing their first name, country of their first language (L1), and a picture of themselves.

· The Organizer will collect and process participants' personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

· Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

· Participants’ data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
